Personally I would email to book rather than booking online, or the website needs adapting to be a little clearer.Īs mentioned, overall a really great experience except for that. I spoke to another staff member in a different area, as they also didn’t understand why we wouldn’t be allowed entry with it being so quiet. We requested to upgrade and that we were happy to pay, however we were refused entry. It is advertised that you can then pay additional to add this onto your experience. We understood there had been a misunderstanding on our part. We were informed of this when trying to go into the Stoutie experience.
